Shift Lead – Crossgates Mall, Albany

About the role

We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals who are customer service minded to join our teams at Bowled at our new location at Crossgates Mall in Albany. Applicants should be hardworking, reliable, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions and manage tipping effectively
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and order processing
• Perform daily tasks such as cleaning and maintaining the store
• Adhere to health and safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using POS systems)

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer-facing role is a plus
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
