Shift Lead

About the role

The Shift Lead plays a critical part in our daily leadership support. Shift Leads ensure employees are customer-focused, productive, and following all policies and procedures throughout their assigned shift. They assume café responsibility anytime they are on the floor and serve as a leader-on-duty, collaborating with other internal leaders to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and delegate tasks to the team throughout the shift.
• Maintain awareness of café needs, policies, and procedures.
• Share feedback with management regarding shift outcomes and café needs.
