SHIFT LEAD

What You'll Do

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best serve the local customer(s)
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Absorb forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
• Absorb management of employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Execute basic financial data entry
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and safety in assigned tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What You'll Need

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Forklift certification
