Shift Lead

P. Terry’s is seeking motivated Managers/Shift Leaders who are dedicated to delivering a best‑in‑class guest experience, supporting crew members, and upholding the highest standards of food quality and service in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant. Leaders may oversee both Back of the House (BOH) and Front of the House (FOH) operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up the stand, including stocking stations, ordering, inventory management, cash handling, and food‑safety walks.
• Conduct inventory counts and manage deposits and drawer counts.
• Ensure all positions are cleaned and the stand is properly closed down and secured.
• Maintain lock‑up and safety of the stand when the General Manager is absent.
• Support the team by stepping in where needed and fostering a positive, proactive atmosphere.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, treating guests like family.
• Promote teamwork, develop and support staff, and uphold food‑safety standards.

Requirements

• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to work day and/or night shifts based on business needs.
• Capability to lift 35–50 lb, reach, and bend over for product handling.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills; ability to develop and support others.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain any required food‑safety certifications (provided if needed).

Pay

$16 – $22 per hour, depending on experience and certification level.

Schedule

• Shift length: 6–8 hours
• Day and/or night shifts as needed
• Flexible schedule with part‑time and full‑time options
