- Assist the GM in growing Sales using Local Restaurant Marketing
- Assist the GM with identifying and grooming talent in your store using Moby Dick Development tools
- Take on an area of responsibility (People, Product or Place) to assist your GM with running the store
- Ensure all repair and maintenance (R&M) is up to date in your store
- Assist the GM with controlling costs (Cost of Goods Sold, Labor, Supplies, etc.)
- Ensure guest satisfaction is top-notch at your store, achieving and maintaining an average rating of 4.5-star reviews on Google, Yelp & any other prominent site
- Ensure the culture in your store represents Moby Dick’s Values
- Assist your GM with hiring, terminating & rate changes for your store
