The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Shift Leaders take ownership and responsibility of resolving problems, seeking help from others when appropriate and are willing to provide help and guidance to others.

- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs.
- Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors.
- Provides regular feedback to the team and RGM.
