Job Summary

HOODZ is hiring for a technician crew member position without requiring prior experience. We offer paid, on-the-job training and service a territory covering Central and NE Indiana. Technician responsibilities include degreasing and polishing exhaust systems, setting up job sites, power washing, inventorying, and driving vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Degreasing and polishing restaurant exhaust and ventilation systems
• Setting up job sites according to HOODZ standards
• Power washing and cleaning using specialized tools
• Inventorying, stocking, loading, and unloading vehicles
• Performing independent, unsupervised work
• Driving to clients' facilities during off-hours

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Pass initial and ongoing background & drug screens

Pay and Schedule

We work night shifts, ensuring you can maintain a work-life balance or manage other responsibilities. Shifts are Sunday through Thursday.

Qualifications

No experience necessary, but previous mechanical, electrical, construction, or fire safety experience can be a plus.

Skills

Hands-on, active, technical, and mechanical skills are essential.
