Shift Lead

About the role

As a Shift Lead at FatCats, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our guests have an amazing experience while keeping the team engaged and motivated. You'll support daily operations, lead by example, and help drive the team toward meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Start the shift with a quick team huddle, sharing goals and priorities for the day.
• Coach team members, assist guests, and handle any challenges that arise to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Monitor financial objectives, track labor costs, and encourage upselling to maximize revenue.
• Review team performance before wrapping up and report any needs or concerns to the management team.
• Lead and motivate the team during shifts, setting a positive tone and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
• Facilitate pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals and priorities effectively.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations, including tracking revenue, managing labor costs, and encouraging upselling.
• Foster a collaborative environment, addressing team strengths, concerns, and development opportunities.
• Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Flexibility is key. As a Shift Lead, you'll work a mix of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
