Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during shifts, setting a positive tone and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
• Facilitate pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals and priorities effectively.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations, including tracking revenue, managing labor costs, and encouraging upselling.
• Foster a collaborative environment, addressing team strengths, concerns, and development opportunities.
• Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Flexibility

The Schedule Flexibility is key. As a Shift Lead, you'll work a mix of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
