Bettendorf, IA 52722 13 - 18 usd / hour Part time The Cookies & Dreams Shift Lead is responsible for leading and supporting all areas of cookie production (cookie cakes, mini's, large cookie catering orders + shipped orders) when a manager is not present to produce required amounts on schedule. When a manager is present a shift lead will assist as needed in all areas of production. Our production facility and equipment need to be kept clean and safe at all times. Products need to meet or exceed Cookies & Dreams Quality Standards, while keeping ingredient and labor costs top of mind.
