Responsibilities

• Share our passion one sandwich at a time starts and ends with you. As a Shift Lead, you’ll create amazing guest experiences while preparing our award-winning sandwiches.
• Delegate duties and fairly assign specific tasks to ensure Team Members are prepared for our guests.
