Shift Lead

About the role

We are the fastest-growing, fully automated express car wash business in the Southeast, setting new standards for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. As a Shift Lead, you will support the Operating Partner and General Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and sales performance. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a strong emphasis on membership sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

The Shift Lead serves as the designated key holder and leader for assigned shifts in the absence of the Operating Partner and General Manager. While ensuring a safe, clean, and friendly experience for every guest is essential, the primary focus is selling monthly wash memberships at the pay station. We seek someone comfortable starting conversations, educating customers on the value of our membership program, and confidently closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in the absence of the Operating Partner and General Manager.
• Sell monthly wash memberships at the pay station, educating customers on value and closing sales.
• Serve customers in a friendly manner with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience.
• Cooperate with team members and follow established systems.
• Learn and apply new skills in safety, mechanical systems, and customer service.
• Maintain a clean appearance according to company standards.
• Lift a minimum of 25 pounds and operate electronic devices.
• Work with a sense of urgency, lead by example, and solve problems effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Experience in supervisory roles such as shift lead, team lead, or crew trainer.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or team-based roles.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
• Ability to hustle and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.

Pay

Base pay of $18 per hour, with an additional $3 commission for every membership sold, creating strong earning potential for motivated and sales-driven individuals.
