This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a strong emphasis on membership sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

The Shift Lead supports the Operating Partner and General Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and sales performance. As the designated key holder and leader for assigned shifts, you will oversee operations in the absence of the Operating Partner and General Manager. While ensuring a safe, clean, and friendly experience for every guest is essential, the primary focus of this position is selling monthly wash memberships at the pay station. We are looking for someone who is comfortable starting conversations, educating customers on the value of our membership program, and confidently closing the sale.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly manner with a positive attitude.
• Cooperate with team members and follow established systems.
• Learn new skills in safety, mechanical, and customer service areas.
• Maintain a clean appearance according to company standards.
• Lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Operate electronic devices and basic mechanical systems.
• Work with a sense of urgency and lead by example.
• Solve problems effectively and drive membership sales at the pay station.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Experience in supervisory roles such as shift lead, team lead, or crew trainer.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or team-based roles.
• Sales experience is helpful.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and closing sales.

Pay

Base pay is $18 per hour, with an additional $3 commission for every membership sold, creating strong earning potential for motivated and sales-driven individuals.
