Responsibilities

• Manage shift schedules and staff assignments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and conflicts
• Oversee inventory management and maintenance
• Coordinate with other departments for operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
