About the Role

As the Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll lead the kitchen team with a passion for great food and smooth operations. You’ll manage supplies, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently—even during the busiest times. Your leadership will keep the team sharp, the kitchen clean, and communication flowing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Oversee food and beverage operations, including stocking supplies and supporting service.
• Maintain safety and compliance with health standards, handling sensitive areas and lost items appropriately.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, tools, and spaces, adhering to codes and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred.
• Must comply with certification requirements, including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
• Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.
