About the Role

As our Bell Attendant, you’ll whisk guests to and from the hotel in style, sharing insider tips on the best restaurants and must-see sights around town. You’ll help guests with their bags, keep our vehicles looking spotless, and assist at the front desk as needed. From handling concierge requests to ensuring every guest has an unforgettable stay, you’ll do it all with a warm smile and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and a service-first attitude.
• Maintain a polished appearance in uniform and name tag to represent the hotel professionally.
• Load, unload, and tag luggage, escorting guests to their rooms like VIPs.
• Handle suitcases, packages, and special deliveries with care and efficiency.
• Provide insider knowledge on local hotspots, attractions, and transportation options, including maps and directions.
• Safeguard sensitive areas, master keys, and guest privacy with responsibility and sound judgment.
• Uphold safety standards while driving and assisting guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay calm, composed, and objective under pressure.
