About the role

As our Van Driver, you will transport guests to their destinations, assist with luggage, maintain the van, and provide concierge-level service. You’ll manage routes, navigate efficiently, and ensure every ride feels like a VIP experience with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and team members warmly and professionally, ensuring memorable interactions.
• Maintain a sharp appearance by adhering to uniform and grooming standards; ensure reliable attendance to support hotel operations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, check-ins, check-outs, and escorting them to rooms.
• Open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed.
• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and transportation options; provide maps, directions, and keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean.
• Keep the van clean inside and out; transport guests on scheduled runs and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.
• Support guest services by answering the console, assisting with room changes, and performing other duties as needed.
• Follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience is a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record; at least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
