About the role

The Shell Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders through on-the-job training, formal education, job rotations, and personalized coaching. This posting covers all Shell graduate programmes in Commercial, Technical, Trading & Supply, Functions (Information Digital Technologies, HR, Contracting & Procurement), and Finance.

You will work on meaningful projects with exciting responsibilities from the start, collaborating with experienced colleagues and contributing fresh ideas to tackle energy-related challenges. Requirements

  • Graduated prior to your first day at Shell (final year of study or less than three years of relevant work experience).
  • Minimum Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.20.
  • Must upload a copy of your most recent transcript as part of the application.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or possess valid work authorization (individuals with temporary visas such as H-1, H-2, J-1, or F-1, or those requiring sponsorship now or in the future, are not eligible).
  • In some cases, work authorization sponsorship may be available for PhD and Master’s candidates in certain disciplines.

Pay

The salary range for positions included in this posting is $74,000 - $138,000, reflecting various majors and degrees spanning from Bachelors to PhD.
