Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. We will provide the on-the-job training!
- This is a great position to get started in manufacturing!

Responsibilities
Polish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals, like aluminum, stainless steel, cobalt and nickel alloys to exact specifications.
Create flawless surface finishes, removing scratches, burrs, and imperfections while maintaining dimensional integrity.
Work with a variety of hand and power tools, particularly hand grinders.
Follow work instructions and complete quality paperwork as required.
Inspect surface finishes and dimensions using micrometers, calipers, height stands, and visual inspection tools.
Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures.
Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you’re proud to put your name on.
