Sheet Metal Superintendent - Commercial

About the role

The successful candidate will oversee the installation and maintenance of sheet metal products in commercial projects. This includes managing teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of sheet metal products in commercial projects
• Manage project teams to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve issues and meet project deadlines
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal work or construction management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel as needed
