Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems
- Measure, cut, bend, and roll sheet metal to precise specifications
- Operate shop equipment used in duct fabrication
- Assemble duct sections using fastening and sealing methods
- Maintain high standards for quality and productivity
- Follow all company safety procedures and shop protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC ductwork or sheet metal fabrication experience
- Ability to read measurements and work accurately from specifications
- Experience operating fabrication equipment and forklifts
- Strong understanding of shop and equipment safety
- Welding experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in a non-air-conditioned, ventilated shop
- Comfortable using ladders and accessing tight spaces when needed

Pay
$26 - $40 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Overtime available
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
