Sheet Metal Journeyman

About the Role

In this position, you will take a lead role in installing and fabricating sheet metal duct systems on commercial job sites. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and modify sheet metal duct systems for commercial HVAC projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and job specifications
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with team members to keep projects on schedule
• Travel to job sites as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
• At least 3 years of experience in sheet metal ductwork installation
• Strong ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Experience working on commercial HVAC projects
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects
• HVAC training or certifications are a plus

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
