Requirements

• Driver's License: Required
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience
• Proficient with press & folding brake and related forming equipment
• Strong skills with reading blueprints, tape measure, and angle finder
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Communication: Must speak English fluently
• High School Graduate preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Transposition: Must have reliable transportation and ability to show up for scheduled shifts on time

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have 3+ years of hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience
• Must be proficient with press & folding brake and related forming equipment
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders
• Must be able to set up machines for various folding/bending operations with high precision
• Must be able to inspect and measure finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Must be able to handle raw material prep, layout, and cutting when needed
• Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Must be able to operate and maintain CNC metal forming equipment such as press brakes, folding brakes & shears
• Must be able to interact with job tracking software, once trained
