Sheet Metal Assembler

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in completing manufacturing projects, overseeing work, and addressing discipline issues
• Assist with training, delegate tasks based on skills, and support team members with technical challenges
• Inspect work, track resources, and ensure a clean, safe work environment
• Complete assemblies and sub-assemblies as needed and resolve departmental issues with supervisors
• Perform miscellaneous duties related to manufacturing operations

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years in manufacturing or fabrication, with prior leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams
• Basic math skills and familiarity with tools (e.g., tape measure, impact drill)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds
• Ability to wear PPE
