Essential Functions

- Safe operations of forklift and vehicle.
- Work as a team to lift heavy items.
- Lift and carry lumber and metal sheeting.
- Install metal or shingle roofing.
- Apply stain to buildings.

Physical Demands
- Walking and standing on concrete floors, bending over or kneeling for periods of time.
- Lifting heavy materials, operating power tools including but not limited to nail guns, air compressors and saws.
- Ancillary tasks include ascending and descending the roofs of the buildings for roof installation.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This position operates year-round in a multiple bay shop with loud power tools. Most work is performed inside the production area, but the buildings are finished or roofed in the outside elements.
