Sheathing/Siding

About the role

Simples Industries is a modern, technologically advanced, nationally recognized leader in modular construction. We are seeking construction candidates to work in a factory environment, that can work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Can follow direction and understand basic siding & sheathing terminology
• Can read a tape measure and use basic hand tools
• Basic understanding on how to use a circular saw, reciprocating saw and pneumatic tools
• Works well with the team and shows a willingness to learn
• Follows safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to have transportation to and from work
• General knowledge of carpentry preferred but not necessary
• Must be able to read tape measure and have some knowledge of construction
• Desire to learn a skill is important
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of power tools a plus
• Simples will provide on the job training

Schedule

Monday thru Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM (Overtime is available)

Supplemental pay/Bonus

• Attendance Bonus (equivalent of $1.25/hr – based on 40 hours work week)
• Referral bonus of $250 per person.
• Sign-on Bonus up to $1,000
