Responsibilities

• Greet every guest like family and own their experience from the moment they step into the showroom.
• MATCH each rider with the Harley that fits their style, needs, and dreams.
• Lead the test ride process, bringing the experience to life.
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions).
• Enter every transaction into the Traffic Log, no exceptions.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily and monthly performance goals.
• Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism, excitement, and purpose.
• Stay active on the floor, be present, and chase every opportunity.

Requirements

• Hustle. Show up early, stay late, and love the grind.
• Coachability. Want feedback because you’re always improving.
• Drive. Want to be the best and aren’t afraid of the scoreboard.
• Passion. Love motorcycles or be eager to learn fast.
• Sales experience is great, but attitude, energy, and commitment are what get you hired.
