SharePoint/Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft PowerPlatform and SharePoint.
• Implement workflow automation solutions using Power Automate and Sharepoint.
• Integrate Power Platform applications with other Microsoft and third-party systems.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and document clear technical specifications.
• Collaborates with Stakeholders to develop product features and capabilities to deliver business value.
• Supports software operations and maintenance including addressing software patches, errors, bugs, and vulnerabilities.
• Ensures solution is developed to security and quality standards, as well as configured for performance, scalability, upgradability, and re-usability.
• Affixes with developing test cases to ensure software meets communicated requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in developing applications using Microsoft PowerPlatform and SharePoint.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to develop and optimize applications.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: PL-100: Power Platform App Maker, PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant (highly desirable).
• Federal Consulting Industry Experience (preferred).
