Sharepoint Developer

Summary The SharePoint Developer is responsible for the design and development of SharePoint websites at all TKG companies, including but not limited to TKG (Gillette Stadium Campus Companies), RWG and RWCB. The SharePoint Developer will help develop and support our customized SharePoint solutions, responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint systems according to company specifications, building scalable web applications and training staff. Duties And Responsibilities Developing and configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirementsImplement SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboardsDevelop, customize/enhance SharePoint applications utilizing webparts, workflows, and alertsCreate web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data managementExtend SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts and application technologiesCreate and manage SPO sites, workflows, complex forms, and user accessProvide systems training to staff and customersDevelop new web components using XML, .NET, SQL and C#Work closely with customers and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutionsEnsure process integrity and conduct / improve continual quality controlImprove processes and efficiencies on an ongoing basisAssist in creating technical documentation of systems and infrastructureSpecial projects and assignments as business dictatesResponsible for the creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards see Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPAA Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibility Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field3-5 years of experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O365Experience in SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing, and administering. Knowledge of Power Automate is required.Strong knowledge of the .NET Framework (C#), Azure Active Directory and SharePoint site configurationKnowledge of MS Graph a plusFamiliarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server and Web ServicesExcellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skillsBasic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packaging to deploy from DEV to PRODWorking knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau a plus.Must be able to work well in a team environmentOn-call rotation and participation in special event coverage is required.Maintain confidentiality as required and appropriateMust have attention to detail and focused concentrationMust be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independentlyMust be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflowMust possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness PHYSICAL DEMANDS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
