Shared Services Director
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shared Services Director to lead and optimize our Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable support, and Corporate Credit Card functions. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Accounting Operations.
- Experience leading Accounts Payable, Billing, and/or Accounts Receivable functions.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement, automation, and organizational change initiatives.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills with the ability to gain buy-in across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working within a growing, multi-location, or acquisition-driven environment is preferred.
- Project-based billing or construction, utility, engineering, industrial services, or related industry experience is a plus.
