Shared Services Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial close activities for Shared Services, including AR, AP, and reconciliations
• Oversee global Accounts Receivable operations, including cash applications and account reconciliations
• Manage, coach, and develop AR/shared services team members
• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain strong internal controls
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Credit, and Accounting teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience with financial close exposure
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) or Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
