About the Role

We are seeking skilled trade professionals to join our team. Our company provides roofing installation, painting, and site preparation services, including demolition and excavating. We also operate as a general contractor offering construction management services and act as a manufacturer's representative or broker for roofing materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform grading and excavation work
• Conduct land clearing operations
• Execute selective interior demolition
• Handle concrete demolition
• Complete interior and exterior painting projects
• Install membrane roofing systems
• Perform asphalt paving and repair
• Execute concrete placement and repairs

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following trades: roofing, painting, site work, or concrete
• Ability to operate relevant equipment and tools for assigned trade
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in construction trades

Skills

• Proficiency in membrane roofing installation
• Painting techniques for interior and exterior surfaces
• Site preparation including grading, excavation, and land clearing
• Concrete demolition, placement, and repair
• Asphalt paving and repair methods
