Who We're Looking For

• Share knowledge of the menu to enhance Guest experiences
• Be punctual and supportive of fellow Team Members
• Complete side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food

Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous server or restaurant experience is preferred

Skills/Competencies/Certifications

• Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills are required
• Strong English language and professional communication skills are required
• Team player with problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, remain calm under pressure, and make good judgments
• Proficiency with tablets, point of sale equipment, and telephones with attention to detail and accuracy
• A friendly and positive attitude regardless of the level of busyness
