SFDK Maintenance Clerk $24.00/HR

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the flow of receiving / shipments within our Maintenance department and ensuring accuracy of corporate and department procedures.
• Aiding the Maintenance leadership team in collecting bids for future projects.
• Distributing and moving product as needed.
• Running specified reports on a regular basis according to schedule.
• Performing data entry for purchase orders and inventory adjustments.
• Assisting in managing the physical organization within Maintenance shop and warehouse.
• Executing annual physical inventories and reconciliations.
• Handling physical movement of products between locations within Maintenance shop and warehouse.
• Enforcing all Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and Hurricane Harbor Concord policies.
• Aiding in other areas of the Maintenance Department.
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers; Excel and Maximo are preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to be Fork Lift Trained/Certified.

Physical Requirements

• Long hours standing or continuous sitting.
• Bending, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing, and speech.
• Frequent kneeling, manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and color definition.
• Near and far acuity.
• Using telephones, radios, and computer equipment.
• Moving and working in different work stations.
• Hand and arm movement.
• Standing for up to 6 hours at a time, up to 14 hours in a day.
• Lifting 25 lbs consistently; occasionally lifting 26 lbs or more.
• Lifting and carrying 15 lbs over 25 feet over various surfaces.
• Lifting and lowering 5 lbs above shoulder level.
• Exposed to dust/dirt, water, excessive heat, humidity, and dampness.
• Working on ladders and high places and around shelving units.
