Sexual Health Center Associate Director

About the role

The Associate Director contributes to AHF’s mission by delivering exceptional program oversight for the Wellness on Western location.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct support and program development including quality assurance, client satisfaction and the delivery of HIV prevention and comprehensive sexual health services.
• Direct oversight and development of both the on-site pre exposure prophylactic services (PrEP) program and embedded disease intervention (EDIS) program.
• Responsible for the programmatic and reporting requirements for DHSP contracts for three Los Angeles based Wellness programs.
• Leads a multidisciplinary team including a lab manager, practice manager, medical providers and embedded DIS workers.
• Routinely coordinates with other AHF business lines and community partners to maximize the delivery of testing and prevention services in the community.
• Utilizes knowledge of the community to ensure that testing and prevention services are offered in a manner that reaches the greatest number of individuals as possible, while executing AHF’s core values.
• Contributes to the Public Health Division by fostering a team-oriented work environment and promoting a patient centered approach.
• Works both independently and as part of a team to successfully manage simultaneous projects that allow AHF to meet our mission.
