Sewing Technician

FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand products are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road and off-road vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Some products are designed for leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network.

About the role

This position is responsible for creating two types of finalized socks used in production to strengthen and uphold the integrity of baseball bats. The role includes sewing, stitching, and assembling Kevlar socks to create a finished product. You will work with two types of sewing machines, ensuring the product meets quality standards. Attention to detail, precision in stitching, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines and other equipment to stitch and assemble baseball bat socks
• Ensure quality and size of socks are fit for production needs
• Inspect product before and after and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring timely re-ordering when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow patterns accurately
• Ability to work at a constant pace and meet time guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience with sewing machines and other relevant tools is preferred
