You love the details and love to sew! You have a passion for the details and believe in exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill custom orders from our store team and special brand project orders by sewing digitally embroidered patches onto luggage accessories with speed and accuracy.
• Meet daily sewing targets and communicate if unable to meet goals, including reasons.
• Use a keen, meticulous eye for detail in customization; adjust layout and alignment of patches based on invoice pictures or instructions.
• Assist in customization by laying out designs before sewing, as needed.
• Verify inventory sheet accuracy for customized designs pre- and post-sewing.
• Maintain cleanliness after projects, customization, and sewing tasks.
• Communicate supply needs, efficiency ideas, repeat damages, or process improvements.
• Travel to events or stores for on-the-spot sewing for guests shopping.
• Perform other office and/or retail duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Professional work experience.
• Experience with a domestic straight stitch sewing machine is a MUST.
• Experience with post or cylinder bed sewing machine or industrial machine is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.
• Must be comfortable traveling for events or stores for in-the-moment sewing.
