Responsibilities

• Sew turnout gear in accordance with job specifications.
• Effectively maintain and operate a sewing machine.
• Follow supervisor instruction to meet delivery deadlines by working with the team to ensure products are made correctly and of good quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in sewing area.

Requirements

• Meet sewing productivity and quality targets for the cell.
• Follow supervisor, safety, and work instructions.
• Read work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to company behaviors and follow company rules and policies.
• Lift objects up to 30 lbs using correct lifting techniques.
• Standing, sitting, walking, bending, and folding as needed.
• Work mandatory overtime as needed, including Friday and/or Saturday.
• Work well in a team setting and exhibit a positive attitude.
