About the role

This is a temp-to-hire position with competitive pay, a consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to start quickly. No interview required to get started.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time | Monday–Friday
Shift A: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality filter products
• Assemble filter components using work instructions, patterns, and specifications
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use hand tools and sewing equipment safely and efficiently
• Lift, move, and organize materials as needed
• Support cross-training opportunities in departments such as Slitting, Cores, and Pleating

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or sewing experience preferred (1 year preferred)
• Experience with single-needle industrial sewing machines strongly preferred
• Ability to perform hands-on, repetitive work in a manufacturing environment
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn new processes and work in multiple departments
• Ability to wear required PPE and obtain steel-toe or composite-toe shoes after hire
