What You’ll Do
- Gather and accurately weigh raw materials based on batch card requirements
- Prepare production areas by confirming equipment readiness, cleanliness, and material availability
- Operate forklifts and VNA equipment to transport materials safely throughout the facility
- Load and stage materials at designated workstations to maintain production flow
- Verify that setup parameters align with batch cards and supervisor instructions
- Communicate with production operators, maintenance, and supervisors to coordinate setup timing
- Follow all safety and OSHA regulations and report hazards immediately
- Maintain accurate setup documentation in production systems
- Support housekeeping and cleaning activities to maintain 5S standards

You Will Be Successful If You Have
- Strong attention to detail when handling materials and following instructions
- A safety-first mindset with consistent PPE compliance
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfort operating industrial equipment or willingness to be trained
No formal education or prior experience is required. Training is provided.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This role is performed in a manufacturing environment and requires:
- Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, volatile materials, and moving machinery
- Standing and walking for most of an 8-hour shift with frequent reaching, bending, and handling of materials
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Routine use of hand tools, air-powered tools, and cleaning solvents
- Mandatory use of PPE due to potentially hazardous conditions
