Setter

The Role

As our Sales Setter, you'll be the engine at the top of our pipeline. You'll work warm leads (we provide them), dial with intent, and book qualified appointments for our Sales Professionals to close. You set the call. They close the deal. You get paid on every close.

This is a high-ownership, results-oriented role. Full-time, remote, W2 + commission.

Pay

Base: $3,000/month ($36,000/year)

Commission: $200 per closed deal, flat rate, no tiers, uncapped

On-target earnings (OTE): approximately $64,800/year

What You'll Do

• Make 200 outbound dials per day to warm, provided leads
• Set 5 qualified appointments per day, roughly 100 per month
• Qualify prospects and hand off clean, booked calls to our sales team
• Follow our proven call framework and keep tight notes in HubSpot
• HIT minimum metrics through a 90-day performance trial, then step into the permanent role
• PLUS, room for growth!

What We're Looking For

• Fluent, clear English and confident, clear communication on the phone
• Available during US timezone working hours
• Consistent, coachable, and hungry for commission upside
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing and driven by activity metrics
• Sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus, not a requirement. We train winners.
