Responsibilities

• Set up and program operating machines, including accuracy and effectiveness checks in various test sequences
• Oversee ramp-up of machines after setup and support operators in operating the machines
• Support maintenance in repair, prevention of downtime, and inspection of machines
• Follow documented procedures and processes; maintain accurate records and tracking
• Check finished product or product components and submit for approval
• Follow all safety and production rules; ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery for use in inspection
• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Qualifications

• Preferred: Multiple years of experience operating complex machines in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred: Experience working with power tools
• Preferred: Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Pay

Salary Range: $21.20 - $23.85 per hour, plus shift premium.
