Set-Up Arrangement Staff - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities
- Set up and take down function rooms, including tables, chairs, meeting equipment, and lecterns*
- Make room deliveries; vacuum carpets and dust chair rails in function rooms; clean chandeliers in the Garden Terrace and Garden Terrace lounge*
- Set up outside functions, including tables, chairs, platforms, public address systems, spotlights, and floodlights; arrange exhibit tables and other client-requested equipment*
- Maintain neat and clean storerooms; arrange for equipment repairs with engineers*
- Report areas or items needing attention to the engineering department; set up audio-visual equipment when required*
- Clean meeting rooms at noon or during meeting breaks*
- Pick up and return equipment borrowed from other divisions or rented from outside companies*
- Clean and vacuum the arrangements office; maintain order*
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid driver’s license (required for continued employment)
- Guest-oriented attitude, ability to work with others, and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to read written instructions
- Experience with audio/visual equipment preferred

Proper footwear to be provided by the employee. This is a union position with a work schedule based on union seniority, likely requiring evening and weekend hours.
