About the role
The primary responsibility of the Set-Up is to perform changeovers, set-up, troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and clean-up of the lines to which they are assigned. Must perform mechanical repairs to keep the production line running efficiently. This role may also work as a material handler as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties in accordance with company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
- Read and follow all quality specifications including completing and documenting hourly conditions verifications.
- Communicate all safety, ergonomic, quality, productivity and mechanical issues to the supervisors in a timely manner.
- Support assigned production line while filling including adjusting equipment, parameters, processes as needed and performing minor repairs and modifications.
- Auxiliary role as a material handler as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks carefully, accurately, and efficiently in accordance with specific instructions and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Dependable and can follow through on assignments and complete them in a timely and competent manner.
- Computer literate and able to work in MES.
- Positive leader with interpersonal skills.

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, education, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
