About the role

As an Event Server at the Rizzo Center in Hyatt, you will provide attentive and efficient food and beverage service during hotel banquet functions. Your role ensures the function space is visually appealing and that guests experience meaningful, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages during banquet events.
• Set up and arrange function spaces to be visually attractive, including placing table linens and preparing tables.
• Design and arrange food stations for events.
• Provide beverage service to guests.
• Assist with general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Present the event menu to guests.

Requirements

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate loads.
