Servicing Intern - Summer 2027

About the role

This internship encourages creativity and innovation. Interns are responsible for supporting their assigned team with a variety of projects and administrative work, performing substantive work that can be added to a resume. Top performing interns are considered for entry-level full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned projects tailored to your department, such as policy reviews, onboarding new loans, corresponding with agents on non-compliant insurance coverage and disbursements, and reviewing risk rating reports
• Plan and organize a volunteer day for the MN office
• Participate in a property inspection
• Have both a manager and mentor to guide you through the program and day-to-day work
• Deliver a final presentation of project results and make business recommendations to your department, team members, and executive leadership
• Gain a better understanding of "what we do and how we do it" and be prepared to enter the workforce

Development opportunities

Weekly Development Days are offered to help interns grow professionally and learn about the industry. These offerings include:

• Mock interviews and resume review with the talent management team
• LinkedIn training to build and develop your personal profile and teach online professional networking
• DISC Assessment – coursework on leveraging work styles and preferences to improve teamwork, communication, and productivity
• "Company Insiders" Training – listening to current employees tell their success stories and learning about the company and each department's role

Qualifications

• Students who have completed at least their sophomore year of college
• College graduates are welcome to apply
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required
