Services Specialist Assistant FTS 8-E10 - Shiawassee/Gratiot
About the role
This position supports the implementation of case plan implementation and permanency planning for socially and economically disadvantaged individuals receiving services in areas such as child welfare, including child protective services, prevention, foster care, licensing, and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation of case plans and permanency planning
- Works with individuals and families in need of services
- Assists in the coordination of services related to child welfare
- Engages in activities to ensure the safety and stability of individuals receiving services
Requirements
- Completion of two years of college with a minimum of 15 semester (23 term) credits in human services areas
- Experience equivalent to a Services Specialist Assistant 8 or higher, as specified above
Qualifications

For candidates holding a driver's license from another state, please provide an official two-year driving record from that state.
