Services Associate, Contracts and Procurement Services (Subcontracts)
About the role
As a Services Associate, Contracts and Procurement Services, Contracts and Procurement Management on the GPS Contracts team, you will play a key role in supporting Federal subcontract administration and strategies that align with engagement and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Advise account teams on Federal subcontract administration matters and support subcontract strategies
- Review subcontract actions across the lifecycle, including solicitations, requests for proposals, negotiations, awards, and documentation requirements
- Analyze subcontract data, maintain subcontract files, and ensure information in internal systems is complete and accurate
- Identify subcontracting issues, assess risks and opportunities, and support resolution of standard and complex subcontract matters
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate subcontract requirements, support process improvements, and provide guidance on policies, standards, and procedures

The GPS Contracts Sector Team comprises practitioners across the US and India, dedicated to supporting all prime contract management needs for internal and external clients. Operational Excellence provides essential business and operational support, enabling the GPS Consulting and Advisory practices to deliver exceptional client service. The team drives meaningful operational change as the GPS business evolves, reimagining the future of operations and incorporating new technologies.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in contracts and/or subcontracts
- 1+ years of experience supporting the Federal acquisition lifecycle
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1+ years of experience supporting work subject to Federal contracting regulations
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) experience
- Experience supporting Federal Health subcontracts
- Experience reviewing Federal solicitations and supporting subcontractor requests for proposals
- Experience maintaining subcontract files and supporting subcontract documentation requirements
- Experience entering and tracking subcontract data in internal systems
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or training activities
Pay
The wage range for this role is $57,200 to $105,300. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on various factors, including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where awards depend on individual and organizational performance.
