About the role
As a ServiceNow Technical Analyst at iTech AG, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that ServiceNow processes are optimized and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Document processes and procedures related to ServiceNow
- Provide training and support to end-users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow core modules and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow version 18.x or higher
- Knowledge of ServiceNow customizations and extensions
- Experience with ServiceNow API and integration
Skills
