ServiceNow Systems Developer

About the role

The role involves platform customization, scripting, workflow automation, integrations, and application development across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HAM modules.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and supports ServiceNow solutions
• Customizes the platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Scoped Applications
• Manages integrations through IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HAM
• Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Scoped Applications
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies
